Through that experience, Peter saw a gap: while consulting and community support could inspire leaders, what was missing was someone to step directly into an organization’s world and bring those principles to life.

That vision led to Cares Catalyst and the creation of the Fractional Ministry Officer (FMO) model—offering businesses the opportunity to make ministry a living part of their culture, not just a concept. Today, Peter partners with executives to integrate care, outreach, and impact into the heartbeat of their organizations.
